Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it goes through quality check after approval customer will receive the refund amount in the original mode of payment. In case of Cash on Delivery, customer will need to provide a bank account detail on which he/she want to receive the refund amount. No refunds will be given in cash, it will only be transferred electronically.

For complaints or suggestions regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the website of the brand/manufacturer. Cartglobe will help the customers to some possible extent, but bears no liability in particular.

In the case of defected product, or customer have received the product with tampered packaging, he/she can refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

Also, please chat with our customer care or email us at support@cartglobe.com mentioning customer Order ID. A replacement of the product will be provided to customer with no additional cost. It’s up to the customer to ensure that original tags of the product remains with the product.

Cartglobe may not be accepting the replacement of the following products mentioned but not limited to the below.

Product damaged physically by the customer.

Returned product is without all original packaging and accessories, it includes all the items which were received at the time of delivery

Products with tampered serial number, product code, universal code, warranty card or retail booklet or manual.

Cartglobe’s 10 days (may change according to product) returns and exchange policy gives customer an option to return or exchange items purchased on Cartglobe, applicable if the customer received defective and damaged item.

Customer can return the product in two different ways:

Our pick up: In most locations we offer a pick up service for customer return. Customer will see a pickup option when customer submit a return request.

Courier it to our office: Customer may courier it directly to Cartglobe, and we will initiate the refund process after full quality checks.

A full quality check will be done from our side and if the product passes our quality check Cartglobe will credit the amount customer paid for the products into customer Bank Account (which was used at the time of transaction).

However, if the picked product fails the quality check, it may be returned to the customer. If customer courier the product by himself to us, we recommend customer use a reliable courier service.
